Our engagement story........Once upon a time there was a friend who set up two people! Those two people fell head over heals in love. He taught her what unconditional love was and supported her 100%. She wanted to marry quickly, but he reassured her that dating a year wasn't a very long time. Well, time flew by, a year passed and they decided to start planning a wedding. She told him that she wanted to be surprised when he proposed. He stressed about this b/c he just wanted to hand it to her. Surprises weren't his thing. But of course he gave her what she wanted. He called to make sure he had her dad's permission. He had many great ideas but only one could be done. It happen to be that she had a bad cold, so he bought her peach roses, with a red one in the middle. He told her that he bought her roses b/c she had been sick. When she went to smell the roses, she saw the ring in the middle rose!! Then he took her hand, knelt down and ask her to be his wife. No tears were shed, but there was shock. Her hand covered her face and she tried to get the words yes out of her mouth!!! Hugs and kisses were given!! She was so shocked! She never thought it would be a weekday but it was perfect! She would never change a thing...............

Saturday was a very exciting day! We finally got to meet with Joey Turner at the Country Club and find out all the details and such for our reception! Here are some pics I took.

Of course, we will have it rearrange the way we want it, plus decorations and all! I think it will be beautiful!!!

We also registered at Target last night. I never knew it would take so long. Boy was I tired and glad to be done. I am proud to say there were no arguements! It was fun! We still have more places and things to register but we have some time! ...... I do love all this wedding stuff but sometimes I think, "I just can't wait to be married!"

Nightmares!!

Every since we started wedding planning, I have had three wedding disaster nightmares. I have no way of shutting off my mind when I sleep. Oh, how I wish I could.

Okay, just to make you laugh, here's what went wrong in last nights dream:

1. My dress was too big

2. All my curls fell out and my hair looked like crap

3. Bridesmaid's dress were UGLY!!

4. The girl singing, forgot to give the track to the people in the back sound booth

5. We could not find m mother anywhere

And I'm sure the list goes on......... Only 125 days till the nightmares end!
