Making Bags

I had another great weekend! On Saturday, me and the girls designed cute bags! They love making crafts. They had some iron on items, so when we headed to town, we stopped by WalMart for more iron ons. Then we came back and designed our bags. They turned out quite cute! Then we played some bingo. I finally won after about 50 games or at least that's how it felt. Then we relaxed by watching National Treasure. It's always fun hanging out with Bryan and the girls!

More pics

Being that today was presidents day and Bryan had the day off, I decided to take a personal day. Last night we went to his parents church, which I describe as a small country church. But I really enjoyed it. They were having revival and Bryan's dad was singing, so I was glad we were able to go. Once we got up this morning, we went for a walk. I called it a creature walk b/c I was looking for creatures. I saw lots of HUGE holes in the ground, but no creatures. Then we walked down to the creek. It was SO relaxing. We headed back to Pensacola around 12 and he helped me clean my room, without me asking. He cleaned my ceiling fan off, which was horrible dirty. He cleaned out another little fan I had and even dusted. I never asked him to help, but he just did it. For that, I am grateful. Then we went to dinner at Macaroni Grill. He absolutely loves it there and I had never been. It wasn't bad at all. On our way back, we stopped at the grocery store and I picked up some things I needed. Overall this weekend has simple been amazing! Right now, God's been blessing me and I never want to take it for granted! I am loving every minute of it, because we are not promised another day!

Dinner Time

Ready to go shopping!

Bryan was warned prior to Valentines Day that it was not one of my favorite holidays. With that being said, he was determined to make it a GREAT one. And he did a great job of doing just that! We headed to Destin around 12, to have a day of shopping and eating. We went to the Destin Commons and I found an amazing Roxy bag, that he bought for me. I had been looking for a bag that size! I absolutely love it. Now I'm ready to travel. Then we headed to the outlet malls where I bought a new steve madden purse and some clothes from Gap. When we finished shopping it was 5, so we were starving. I took him to the Back Porch since he had never been there. I was surprised that it wasn't crowded, but the food was yummy. After dinner, we headed back home. Oh and I can't forget, we made a stop at the Donut Hole. It's my favorite place to get donuts at!!! It was a good time hanging out with my man! We had a lot of fun and much laughing was involved. I wouldn't change anything about my first Valentine!!!

Pre-Valentines

So, my valentines started on Friday at about 9:30, when the office called my room and told me that I had flowers. My students were so excited for me. Then Bryan joined me for lunch, which was extremely nice. We had decided to exchange gifts on Friday night, since it was something I could use when we went bowling later that evening. When we met up that evening, there was a big bag in the passenger seat with a huge bear sticking out. I was pretty excited because I had wanted something like this and spray it with this cologne, but he was ahead of me. My bear smelled just like him!!!! Then at the bottom of my bag was a new digital camera. It is VERY nice. Me likey a lot!!!!! For those wondering, I got him some very hot shoes, a gift certificate for his car and a picture frame with our picture in it. So we headed out to the bowling alley to hang out with some friends! Here are some pics from my new camera!

Sunshine and Fun!

Well, once again, I had a fabulous weekend. This weekend the sun was shinning and it was actually warm outside. We, which includes me, Bryan, Madilyn, and Cameryn, spent the whole day outside. First we practiced shooting Cameryn's new bow and arrow. Then we headed to the pond to fish. I was excited to actually catch a fish. Then we rode around on the gator, and explored the property. Memaw has about 50 acres, so that kept us busy for awhile. We also played a game of soccer. Bryan says I play dirty, since he tripped over my foot and fell. NOT MY FAULT!!!!!! Anyways, then we enjoyed the evening with a movie. It was a great Saturday. I really enjoy being there in Jay. It's like a mini-vacation. I get away from the city and I get to spend quality time with some awesome peeps!!! Lets say, I enjoy my weekends!!!! Next Saturday is Valentines Day, so I have more fun stuff to look foward to!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my fish! Doesn't it look sad!!!!

I love the weekend!!!

The lunch group
We really are happy!!! Me and my roomie!!

This past weekend was SO great! Friday night Bryan took me to McGuires. I had YUMMY steak. After that we went to the mall for awhile and then rented some movies. It was a low key, but fun evening. Then on Saturday I did a 5k walk with other teachers from my school. Once it was finished, Bryan and I headed to Waffle House. It sometimes seems like all we do is eat, but I do LOVE eating. Then we met up with his dad, mom, memaw, brother and soon to be sister in law. We did some running around for their upcoming wedding. Then headed back to Jay for the evening. The guys fried fish, oysters, hush puppies and fries. It was a great big yummy grease fest. After dinner, we looked at childhood pictures. They are so cute and funny to see how the styles have changed. Sunday Bryan came to Marcus Point with me. Afterwards a group of us went to Chilli's. Then that evening we went to Brie and Kevin's for the super bowl. So was I ready for Monday to come?! NOPE!!!! But I made it through Monday and will push through until another weekend. Here are some pics!!
